Money for old phones!
The group could receive between 50p and £50 for any old mobile phone
we recycle via a Mobile Phone Recycling company (such as ShPsolutions).
The amount will depend on the condition of the phone being passed back.
So if anyone has any old mobile phones that are lying around their
household then we could make some cash out of them rather them gathering
dust.
This may be particularly useful in Schools, Offices so if you can
engage those people to see whether they would be interested in parting
with their old ones then we could get some money out of them.
If anyone does have any old phones lying about, if they can bring
them to youth group meetings then we can deal with them in one pot
rather than having the costs of sending them individually. Should anyone
be able to get a large number then again we can talk about this at the
group meetings as it may be worthwhile setting up some way of
transporting those across separately.
